Our house is so quiet with Pierre gone but he’s happy with Ben and I need to get on with things. Shanna came over and we made a nice dent in our IOS tutorial. She also brought over a really fun game, Agricola. It’s like Settlers of Catan but much more complex. It also goes very quickly. I really loved playing it! Shanna is very good at it though so I’m going to have to really figure it out if I ever want a chance at winning.

We had a nice dinner and actually ate before 8! We get a star for that. We are late eaters and it makes it kind of tough on the kids when they have to do dishes and then get to bed by 21:30. It was never an issue with our older kids because they were home schooled.

After dinner Jason and Alice came over to watch a movie. We weren’t able to find the one we all wanted to watch on Netflix or Amazon Streaming so we picked some Tomb Raider movie. It was awful! That was about it for my day.

Today I learned that people like cat videos a LOT more than super cool TV videos.
